Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Lunar Prompt Lab (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your login secure and confidential.
• Comply with all applicable laws when using the App.

You agree not to use the App to create, upload, or distribute:

• Unlawful, harmful, harassing, or hateful content.
• Sexual content involving minors, or other content that violates safety policies of our AI providers.
• Content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Malware, spam, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use. Lunar Prompt Lab is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content, and outputs are provided "as is" without warranty.

The App, its branding, and its software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you own the content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the service.

Paid plans are billed and managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled exclusively by Google Play and the Apple App Store in accordance with their policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Free accounts include limited daily AI generations and feature access. Exceeding limits requires a Pro subscription. Limits may change from time to time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk for us or other users. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from Profile.

The App relies on third-party services (Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchases, RevenueCat, Google Gemini, Lovable Cloud). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your interactions with them.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunar Prompt Lab and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction to be specified before launch], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
